Hispanic Heritage in Leadership: Voices, Journeys, and Inclusion

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, join us for an inspiring panel discussion featuring leaders from across industries as they share their journeys, insights, and perspectives on heritage, leadership, and inclusion. Panelists include Ivan Shammas, Founder of Hispanic Plug and former General Manager of Telemundo; Celia Santana, CPRIA, President & CEO of Personal Risk Management Solutions, LLC; and Robert M. Haibi, Chief Distribution Officer for Private Client Select.

Together, they will celebrate the richness and diversity of Hispanic cultures, discuss strategies for gaining visibility and influence as Hispanic leaders, explore the pathways and skillsets needed to reach senior leadership, and share how organizations can foster inclusive environments that embrace multicultural workforces. The program will conclude with an engaging audience Q&A.
