Assured Relocation - Temporary Housing Resource
When a High Net Worth Family is Displaced From Their Home
High net worth losses often require temporary housing. However, unlike mid-market losses, the needs of the high net worth policyholder are unique whether it’s a simple water leak or a significant loss such as a fire. Their expectations are very different when it comes to hotels, property options, as well as how we communicate with the individual or their representative. This webinar will present the ins and outs of temporary housing focused on the expectations of the high net worth policyholder and their issues/expectations. We will discuss ways in which insurance brokers can work with the insurance carriers and temporary housing firms to help make the process go smoothly and ensure that expectations are met. The goal is to create a process that successfully meets their expectations and leads to retention.
