Many of us had limited experience leading remote teams and most likely not much training on how to do it. Then all of a sudden, we woke up one morning and the way we conduct business and, the way we live our day-to-day lives, changed. Most, if not all, of our teams are working from home. We all have had to jump in with both feet and just try to figure it out as we go along. As of now, it is estimated that 70% of full-time workers in the U.S. are working from home during COVID-19. That’s a HUGE change.
