This registration is for Individual Members only

Registration is open from October 2nd through October 22nd. A Late Fee of $50 will be assessed starting October 16th.

The course runs from October 16th through December 10th.

During the registration process, you will have the option to purchase Segment V for $295.00 or to purchase a Segment V and VI package for a discounted price of $499.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

During the registration process you will also have the option to indicate if you would like CE credits in select states.
