Jacque Holland: Jacque serves as the Director of Operations at Ember Defense, leveraging a decade of experience in customer service. With a keen eye for process development and management, Jacque excels at leading teams and understanding the intricacies of team dynamics. Previously managing eight high-volume medical offices and over 50 staff members gives her extensive experience in management, operations, and software implementation. Having held various roles within Ember Defense, she possesses a thorough understanding of the company. This comprehensive knowledge allows her to effectively lead and optimize operations.
Devan Leblanc: Ember Defense Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer, brings a wealth of experience having served in the Marine Corps as well as having worked as an Automotive Test Engineer and New Product Introduction Manager at Tesla. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Devan excels as a problem solver, focusing on process improvement and implementation. Devan plays a crucial role in connecting sales with service and customer success management, providing strategic leadership that has been instrumental in the company's success.
