Colleen brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the art and financial world to Pall Mall Art Advisors. She has valued art and collectibles for corporations, museums and private collectors throughout the United States.
Colleen earned a diploma in French Fine and Decorative Arts at Christie’s in Paris, a Master of Arts degree in Art History from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The College of William & Mary. She is a member of the International Society of Appraisers and the Appraisal Association of America.
She has provided legal analysis for court cases involving art valuation and identification. Colleen assists clients with liquidity strategies including using art and collectibles as collateral as well as assisting clients with monetization strategies for their passion assets. She also aids clients with philanthropic strategies of passion assets for charitable endeavors as well as identifying institutions for direct donations. She conducts lectures and Continuing Education classes on diverse topics pertinent to art and collectibles and is featured in a documentary titled “The Real Fake.”

Kathy Chandler’s career with Hagerty began in 2013, specializing in private client services and business development for the western U.S. She focuses on consultative approaches to partnership growth within Hagerty’s world-class private client programs.
Prior to Hagerty, Kathy spent over 7 years at Bonhams Auctioneers where she managed the client relations department in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Hong Kong. There she gained expert level experience with the collector demographic and automotive industry through their motoring department auctions and events.
Kathy has a bachelor of arts degree in art history from San Francisco State University.
