Dan Cassara:
Founder and CEO for CORE Group.  An industry veteran who has held multiple leadership positions throughout the property damage and property insurance industries.Prior to founding CORE, Cassara was President and CEO of DKI, a North American franchisor of property damage restoration firms as well as CEO of Oriel, a leading industry third party administrator of claims, as well as founder of two other man-aged repair systems, currently leading the industry in volume and claims.Cassara is a visionary leader, has a keen eye on trends and is regarded by many in the industry as an innovator in the space, developing what is now considered one of the most sought-after brands in the space, CORE.Outside of the property damage restoration space, Cassara is also Cofounder of Hudson Daniel Group, a media, marketing and sales organization designed to help artisan food and beverage companies scale their businesses and deliver their products to the consumer stage. Through its media arm, HD Media, Cassara has led a team of individuals who develop and distribute a wide range of media and content from a food & travel docuseries to home & garden inspired TV and web programming, recently winning a 2021 Telly Award for season two of the company’s online web series entitled, “Meet Your Maker.’ Cassara holds a master’s degree in Business Operations

Dustin Dunn:
Wildfire Mitigation Specialist for Lake Travis Fire Rescue. Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Finance from Texas State University. Started work with the Texas Conservation Corps in public land improvement, wildfire mitigation and disaster response. Finished two terms and then started work with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Hired on with Lake Travis in 2021 as a Lead Forestry Technician and took over the fuels mitigation program in 2022.


James Milek:
James is a trusted resource for risk engineering strategies that preserve safety and ensure adequate protection of property. Working with architects, engineers, designers, and homeowners, he has been developing his expertise in the construction and insurance industries since 2013. He began his career at Chubb as a Risk Consultant in the Mid-Atlantic region, later transitioning to the Midwest. In 2021, he acquired the role of Catastrophe Technical Manager within Personal Risk Services. He also manages Chubb’s Wildfire Response Team in conjunction with their business partner, Wildfire Defense Services, collaborating in response to active wildfire events
 

Moderator Susan Muston:
Susan is the Sales Program Director for AIG Private Client Group, responsible for managing all aspects of the external High Net Worth Sales School designed to educate broker partners across the United States. She helps advisors craft insurance and loss mitigation programs for the unique assets, passions, and lifestyles of the successful families they serve. With nearly two decades of experience in risk management, Susan coaches advisors on ways to identify and quantify the personal exposures of each client, develop actionable solutions to address those concerns, and strategically use risk management in wealth protection and wealth accumulation. Her expertise in the industry is highlighted as a speaker at insurance forums, guest at educational programs, and her involvement on AIG's Private Client Group's Family Office Team.
Prior to joining AIG in 2020, Mrs. Muston was a Private Client Risk Advisor with USI. During her tenure there, she focused on developing customized risk management solutions for successful individuals and Family Offices to protect their wealth and most valuable assets through personalized consulting and insurance services. She strengthened her insurance expertise by earning her Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor certification through the Private Risk Management Association, and completed AIG’s PCG-U, PCG-U Advance, and The Weylman Center for Excellence in Practice Management. She shared her insurance knowledge and sales skills as an active mentor within USI and with advisors new to the industry.

Brett Soety:
With 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry, 9 working as a personal lines and commercial lines property adjuster and the past 7 in the high-net-worth insurance space, Brett has excelled in his ability to provide exceptional risk services to the world’s affluent clientele. Brett pro-actively counsels’ policyholders on the most effective techniques for preventing loss, safeguarding their health and personal safety, determining proper coverage limits, and simplifying their property claim settlement process. In his previous roles at Erie Insurance Group, Nationwide and Nationwide Private Client, Brett added to his broad construction and claims experience and put it to work in growing specialized risk management programs for the largest and most complex personal lines accounts. These programs, along with on-site property inspections, help clients and families prevent future property, injury, and liability claims.
