Jon Kelly is the CEO of Modern Metric and the Chair of the insurance marketing firm, Hometown Quotes. Jon’s career in the insurance industry started in 1995 with Mercer Management Consulting, where he performed strategy work for Prudential, CNA, and Fireman’s Fund. In 1998, Jon co-founded eCoverage, the first venture-backed startup to write car insurance online. Jon later co-founded the insurance ad network SureHits, which he sold to QuinStreet in 2008, taking over as the head of their insurance division. In 2016, Jon co-founded the private client insurance agency, Kelly Klee, which was acquired by Foundation Risk Partners in 2022. Jon has served on the boards of Aspen Rotary, Aspen YPO, the YPO Marketing Network, the Aspen Education Foundation and the Aspen Flight Academy. Jon earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
