John Sence

John Sence is the National Director of Personal Lines Sales and Marketing at the Cincinnati Insurance Co. He leads a dynamic team dedicated to supporting independent agencies with an expanding suite of products tailored for middle and high net worth markets, as well as excess and surplus lines.
 

John's career began at Cincinnati Insurance, where he excelled as a commercial and personal lines underwriter. He then joined the independent agency system for 14 years, where he developed his own book of business and managed a sales team.  Upon returning to Cincinnati Insurance in 2015, John led the Personal Lines Central Zone field sales team and has led the national sales team since 2019.
 

With a unique blend of agency and carrier leadership experience, John is well-equipped to provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships with clients.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the track and cross-country programs.  John is father to 2 boys who are both active in the insurance industry.
