TGNB 101: Allyship, Pronouns, and History
This Lunch & Learn provides a foundational introduction to transgender and gender non-binary (TGNB) identities, with a focus on allyship, inclusive language, and the respectful use of pronouns in the workplace. Participants will gain practical insights into how to foster more inclusive and affirming professional environments, along with brief historical context and an overview of Callen-Lorde’s mission and role in advancing equitable, high-quality health care for LGBTQ+ communities.
Our esteemed speaker will be Finn Brigham, Vice President, Program Services for Callen-Lorde.
Finn is a nonprofit professional with over 20 years of healthcare experience: strengths include leadership and supervision; project management, finance and strategic initiatives, grant writing and administration. Extensive experience working with the LGBT community, HIV+ individuals, people experiencing homelessness and individuals affected by mental illness and substance use.
