Diane Delaney is an accomplished insurance professional with a career spanning nearly two decades in the industry. As the Executive Director of the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), she brings a wealth of experience in helping independent agents and insurance professionals enhance their sales and service skills.
In her current role, Diane strives to provide PRMA members and stakeholders with resources and support, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to deliver exceptional protection and peace of mind to high-net-worth clients.
Before joining PRMA in 2022, Diane made a significant impact during her tenure of nearly 18 years with AIG Private Client Group. There, she spearheaded the development and implementation of the industry-leading high-net-worth sales school, known as PCG-University. Her innovative strategies and commitment to excellence propelled the success of countless agents and contributed to the industry's advancements in serving affluent clientele.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Diane values her role as a mother to two wonderful daughters, Capri (age 8) and Siena (age 6).

Kristine joined PRMA in 2017 and has really enjoyed assisting PRMA members in their journey to earn their CPRIA designations, completing the On-Demand courses and maximizing their membership benefits. She especially enjoys seeing the members and CPRIA graduates at the Summit each year. Kristine currently lives in NY and enjoys time with her two teenage children, husband and dog. She loves traveling, swimming and time with friends. She serves on several non-profit boards. Kristine earned a Bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and Master's degree from UC Davis.

Chris’s successful career in member engagement and community management began at Atlantic Records where she served as Senior Director, Artist Development for 10 years. During this time Chris, helped grow artist fan bases, oversaw tour marketing, and managed all aspects of the artist's promotional activities. Following a successful career in the entertainment industry, Chris pivoted her talents to the association sector. Chris was most recently Senior Manager, Chapter, Community, and Industry Relations. Since joining PRMA in 2021 she has been focused on expanding the chapter program and increasing member engagement. Chris loves to travel, spend time with her family, and dedicate time to her community. Chris holds an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Laura supports the PRMA Academy education programs and membership activities. She is an organization enthusiast who enjoys working puzzles, planning road trips and gardening. She joined in May 2022.
Laura earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Samantha is an innovative learning and development specialist with a knack for creating engaging training environments. Coming from a marketing and graphic design background, she sees education through the lens of an artist. Sam lives in New Jersey with her husband, two sons and calico cat. She is an avid crafter with a passion for fiber art, especially quilting. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Fordham University.
