All requests for cancellation must be received in writing prior to the registrant beginning the course session.
The following cancellation terms shall apply:
- Requests received 0-10 business days from the official start of the segment will generate a full refund
- Requests received 11-20 business days from the official start of the segment will generate a credit that can be applied to the next consecutive CPRIA Segment offered.
- Requests received 21 days or more after the official start of the segment are not refundable or transferable.
