Please join the PRMA Pacific Northwest Chapter for an in-person E&O class on October 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., featuring Bob Hoogendam as our instructor.
Attendees will be eligible to receive **3 Washington CE credits**.
Meet Our Instructor: Bob Hoogendam
Bob Hoogendam, CPCU, AU-M, API, AINS, AIS, is the Regional Manager for Washington, Northern Idaho, and Montana with Ironpeak. Previously, Bob held positions with Travelers, Imperial Premium Finance Services, Zurich Small Business, and Foremost Insurance, and worked as an insurance broker in Sarnia, Ontario. He is a graduate of Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Bob has been recognized throughout the insurance industry for his contributions and leadership. In 2019, he was named **Industry Person of the Year** in both Washington and Montana by IIABW (Big I Washington) and IIAMT (Big I Montana). In 2021, he received the **Wendy Tippetts Award for Outstanding Work for the Association and Agents in Idaho** from IIABI (Big I of Idaho). In 2025, Bob was also recognized by The Advantage Group, LLC with its **Partner of the Year Award**.
Outside of work, Bob has been married to Tracy for more than 29 years, and they reside in Spokane with their four children. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and making Dutch treats, long-distance bike riding, soccer, hockey, and canning salsa and applesauce.
