Diane Delaney
Executive Director & CEO | PRMA


Diane Delaney is an accomplished insurance professional with a career spanning nearly two decades in the industry. As the Executive Director of the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), she brings a wealth of experience in helping independent agents and insurance professionals enhance their sales and service skills.

In her current role, Diane strives to provide PRMA members and stakeholders with resources and support, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to deliver exceptional protection and peace of mind to high-net-worth clients.

Before joining PRMA in 2022, Diane made a significant impact during her tenure of 18 years with AIG Private Client Group. There, she spearheaded the development and implementation of the industry-leading high-net-worth sales school, known as PCG-University. Her innovative strategies and commitment to excellence propelled the success of countless agents and contributed to the industry's advancements in serving affluent clientele.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Diane values her role as a mother to two wonderful daughters, Capri (age 11) and Siena (age 8).

Celia Santana

Celia and her team represent successful individuals and families, working hand in hand with their clients’ wealth advisors and family offices, to help them identify, understand and manage the risks they face and the available options to address them. Celia’s team is well known for advocating on behalf of their clients for the best possible outcomes. Celia began her career in the high net worth property and casualty space over 30 years ago at Chubb Insurance where she discovered her passion for the business. In her last job at Chubb Insurance she was a senior executive with a significant P&L responsibility.

Celia is passionate about recruiting and developing talent into the insurance industry. She has mentored many young people, among them women and POC. Celia was named an Elite Woman in Insurance in 2021. She was also named one of the Top 50 Women in Private Wealth by Private Asset Management Magazine in 2015. Celia has been a featured speaker at Working Mother Media’s Annual Conference, the Private Risk Management Association and the National Association of Insurance Women. She has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Rough Notes, AOL’s Daily Finance column, Investment News, Independent Agent Magazine, American Agent & Broker Magazine, Careerbuilder.com and various other media outlets. Celia is a graduate of Wesleyan University. She volunteers with A Better Chance and the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
Meeting Details:

This session serves as the Annual Meeting of Members of the Private Risk Management Association, held pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Association's Bylaws. The meeting will be held via remote communication at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

No matters are currently scheduled for a vote of the Members at this meeting. Proxy voting is permitted. Members wishing to appoint a proxy may do so by submitting a signed written appointment to info@privateriskmanagement.org. A proxy appointment is valid for eleven months from the date of execution unless a shorter period is specified.

Members who have questions or wish to bring New Business before the meeting may do so by emailing info@privateriskmanagement.org in advance of the meeting date.
