In order to receive CE credit, your state requires a Monitor/Proctor be present to supervise
the final exam for its entirety. This must be a disinterested third party meaning an
individual who has none of the following: family relationship with the student; is a direct
supervisor of the licensee; or a person directly supervised by the licensee and does not
share overrides, commissions or other compensation arrangements.
