Heather Posner

Heather Posner has spent she last 21 out of her 26 years dedicated to educating retail brokers, clients and their trusted advisors on the unique exposures and solutions within the Private Client Insurance Segment. After many years of working on the Private Client Carrier side of the business she determined that the wholesale side of the business needed similar partnership and expertise.

As Vice President and National Product Leader of the Burns & Wilcox Private Client Heather is dedicated to consulting with Private Client brokers to negotiate and secure the best tailored E&S solutions for their clients.

Heather has also been an active member of PRMA including volunteering on the Summit Planning Committee and being a moderator and speaker for many of the past PRMA Summit sessions.

Heather also services on the IICF Ohio Chapter Board as Board Chair and is actively involved in volunteering within her community and at her daughter’s school.
